Lovely fresh and tasty food. It wasn’t easy to plan a Swansea funeral from Kent but Zoe made it easy and straightforward and was friendly and professional. Thank you. The cakes were amazing!!
Owner response
Thankyou xx
Called in early this morning (before the cafe had actually opened) on the off chance of finding somewhere to wait for another local business to open. Only wanted a coffee, but that was no problem at all to very welcoming and friendly proprietors. I really couldn't fault the place for cleanliness, service, or hospitality and I will definitely be using it again when I am across that way.

Thankyou Stephen. This review has warmed our hearts. We want to accommodate everyone as much as we can and we are pleased we were able to with you. Many thanks Zoe
Great food, we have ordered lunch a few times from here now and it's fast becoming our go to in work! They have also been fantastic during the restrictions and always make sure collections are safe and spaced out 💕

No one does a chicken tikka baguette quite like Lotties! I often take away but have also eaten in the cafe upstairs which was also great. Amazing food, good service, great prices.
Great service. The baguettes are always well filled and generous. Salad boxes are nice and fresh and the jackets are sweet and well cooked. 😋
Outstanding service, They never ever have a nasty word to say, there always smiling, the food is out of this world (i always have the breakfast baguette lol) they are kind, professional and just amazing, they do the best breakfast baguettes in Swansea in my opinion, Awesome service
I loved the wraps and service was very good. Highly Recommended.
